Spooky white chocolate mummy bark for a frighteningly delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 x 180g blocks white chocolate
  • 5 choc ripple biscuits, finely chopped
  • 30 candy eyes
Instructions:
  • On a sheet of baking paper, draw a 20cm x 30cm rectangle using a pencil. Place the paper marked-side down on a large tray.
  • Roughly chop a block of chocolate and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through with a metal spoon until smooth.
  • Set aside 2 teaspoons of chopped biscuits. Mix the rest of the biscuits into the melted chocolate. Spread the mixture onto baking paper using the marked rectangle as a guide. Sprinkle the reserved biscuit on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until firm.
  • Chop the rest of the chocolate and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute, stirring half-way through until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then transfer to a snap-lock bag. Cut off one corner and pipe the chocolate onto the bark like mummy bandages. Place the eyes on top. Let it set for 20 minutes, then break into pieces and serve.
