Tangy lime-honey-cayenne dressing enhances fruit salad's flavors. Refreshing and vibrant side dish for summer meals.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered lengthwise
  • 3 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch chunks
Instructions:
  • Combine lime juice, honey, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large salad bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • Combine the strawberries, watermelon, and pineapple with the dressing and refrigerate until serving.
