Indulge in decadent cheesecake-topped Oreo cookies in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 37.50 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 19 Oreo cookies
  • 150g dark chocolate, melted
  • 8 small strawberries, halved
Instructions:
  • In a sleek electric mixer, whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until perfectly smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Transfer the creamy cheese mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Cut off a small corner of the bag to create a piping tip. Squeeze the mixture onto 16 cookies. Finally, finely chop the leftover cookies.
  • Add a luxurious chocolate drizzle and a crunchy cookie topping to the cheesecakes. Finish with a vibrant touch of strawberries before serving.
