Easy and delicious brownies with just chocolate and peanut butter.
Ingredients:
- 1 (17.6-oz.) bag miniature chocolate peanut butter cups,such as Reeses
- 5 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and giving it a light coating of cooking spray.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat peanut butter cups in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, for about 2 minutes until smooth. Allow to cool slightly before using.
- Beat eggs with an electric mixer until frothy. Gradually add chocolate while mixing until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the oven at the perfect temperature until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, for about 22 to 26 minutes. Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
