Whip up a quick and flavorful coleslaw with poppy seeds, green peas, peanuts, and pre-shredded coleslaw mix - no chopping required. Simply mix, rest, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages coleslaw mix
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, grated onion, dry mustard, and salt in a bowl, whisking until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Combine coleslaw mix, peas, peanuts, and poppy seeds in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
