Grilled red snapper seasoned with fresh herbs, citrus, and blackened spices for a flavorful delight that will leave you craving seconds!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 pound) whole red snapper
  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil, or as needed
  • blackened seasoning to taste
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 orange slices
  • 1 slice lime
  • 1 slice lemon
Instructions:
  • Prepare your outdoor charcoal grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Prepare the red snapper by cleaning and scoring it on both sides. Rub the inside and outside with oil, followed by a generous coating of blackened seasoning inside and out.
  • Fill the snapper with a flavorful combination of bell peppers, garlic, thyme, and slices of orange, lime, and lemon.
  • Grill the snapper until easily flaked with a fork, about 3 1/2 to 4 minutes per side.
