Grilled red potatoes with garlic butter, herbs, and salt. Ready in 50 minutes, perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lb new red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. If using large potatoes, cut them into halves or quarters for even pieces. Place the potatoes in an 8-inch square disposable foil pan or in the center of a large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  • Combine butter, garlic, and salt in a small bowl, then drizzle over the potatoes. Cover the pan with foil, ensuring room for heat expansion.
  • Once the grill is preheated, place the potatoes on a gas grill over medium heat or a charcoal grill over medium coals. Cook for 35 to 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, ensuring to stir them in the foil pan or turn the foil packet several times while cooking.
