Garlic-seasoned grilled zucchini and squash cooked in butter-infused foil for a juicy and flavorful summer side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 summer squash, thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Fire up the outdoor grill until it reaches medium-high heat.
  • Lay zucchini and squash on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Dot with butter, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Seal the foil packet with the vegetables inside.
  • Grill the foil packet until vegetables are tender, for about 20 minutes.
