Easy Grilled Mahi Mahi

"Deliciously seasoned grilled mahi mahi ready in just 15 minutes."
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 (4 ounce) fillets wild-caught skin-on mahi-mahi fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat the gas grill to a sizzling medium-high heat of 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and lightly oil the grate.
  • Prepare the spice mixture by blending paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a small bowl. Coat both sides of the mahi mahi fillets with olive oil and generously season them with the spice mixture.
  • Grill until beautifully golden and fish flakes with ease, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
