Easy grilled potato wedges, perfect side for any BBQ.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds large baking potatoes
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions:
  • Halve each potato lengthwise, then cut each half into four wedges, and finally, cut each wedge in half lengthwise to create 8 wedges from each potato.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a lively boil. Drop in the potato wedges and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Drain using a colander.
  • Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add wedges and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill the wedges for 4 minutes on each side.
