Elevate your chili with Campbell's tomato juice, ground beef, green pepper, onion, and beans simmered in a spicy tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups Campbell's® Tomato Juice Tomato Juice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch sliced green onion
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
Instructions:
  • Brown beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder, and black pepper in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in tomato juice and beans until warmed.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, dollop with sour cream, garnish with green onions, and add tomato slices.
