Make festive brownie bites with Betty Crocker™ brownie mix, vanilla frosting, peppermint extract, and candy canes. Perfect for gifting in a holiday tin or box!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 10 mini candy canes, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray 24 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to make the batter. Use a cookie scoop to fill mini muffin cups. Bake for 23 minutes until perfectly cooked. Allow the brownies to cool completely before serving.
  • Mix in peppermint extract with the frosting until fully combined. Evenly spread the frosting on each brownie, then place them on a large plate or tray. Top with crushed candy canes for decoration before packaging the brownies in a holiday tin.
