Experience love at first bite with this delectable spiced cake mix banana bread.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour only the bottoms of two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend all ingredients, except chocolate chips, for 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping the sides occasionally. Gently fold in chocolate chips before dividing the batter evenly between the pans.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans onto a cooling rack. Cool completely for about 1 hour.
