Whip up creamy mango ice cream with just 3 ingredients, no-churn needed. Perfect for any ice cream maker or freezer. So simple and irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 4 mangoes, or more as needed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
  • Peel and dice the mangoes, then blend them until smooth. Measure out 1 1/2 cups of the puree and set it aside. Save the extra puree in the refrigerator for another recipe.
  • Use an electric mixer on high speed to whip heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Then, on low speed, blend in the mango puree.
  • Transfer the mixture into Ninja® CREAMi™ containers or a freezer-safe bowl. Freeze for 24 hours in the Ninja® CREAMi™ or for 8 hours to overnight in a regular container.
  • 1. As per the manufacturer's directions, place the pint container into the outer bowl of the Ninja® CREAMi™. 2. Press the "Ice Cream" button. 3. To soften for scooping, if freezing in a container, take it out of the freezer and allow it to rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
