Effortless and delicious sweet balls recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 300g packet McVitie’s Milk Chocolate Digestive biscuits
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 170.00 gm desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • Add the biscuits to the food processor bowl and pulse until they form fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and mix in the condensed milk and 1 1/2 cups coconut until well combined.
  • Roll level tablespoons of the mixture into balls in batches. Coat each ball with the remaining coconut. Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours until firm.
