Effortless dinner: Slow cook beef chuck roast with Old El Paso™ taco seasoning for versatile meals all week.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 packets (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by coating it with cooking spray. Mix the oil and taco seasoning in the slow cooker, then add the beef roast and ensure it is coated evenly.
  • Cover and cook on Low heat for 7 to 8 hours until the beef is tender. Remove the beef, shred into bite-size pieces on a cutting board using a fork. Return the shredded beef to the liquid in the slow cooker and toss to coat.
