Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) beef brisket
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 8 large French rolls, split
Instructions:
  • Place the beef brisket in the slow cooker and generously coat it with a savory mixture of onion soup mix and beef broth.
  • Slow cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
  • Place the brisket on a cutting board and slice it. Fill the rolls with the beef. Serve the sandwiches with a side of juices from the slow cooker for dipping in 5 individual bowls.
