Create a refreshing tropical smoothie with just 3 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 papaya, halved
  • 2 bananas
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) coconut milk, chilled
Instructions:
  • Prepare the papaya by trimming both ends, peeling off the skin with a vegetable peeler, and halving lengthways. Scoop out the seeds using a large spoon. Coarsely chop one half and place it in a blender, setting the remaining half aside.
  • Combine the banana in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour in the coconut milk and blend until fully incorporated.
  • Slice the rest of the papaya horizontally.
  • Pour the smoothie into two tall, chilled serving glasses and garnish with sliced papaya before serving.
