Quick and easy biscuits made with condensed milk, coconut, raspberry jam, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 195.00 gm shredded coconut
  • 82.50 gm raspberry jam
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan-forced and prepare 2 baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, combine condensed milk and coconut thoroughly. Dollop level tablespoons of the mixture onto prepared trays, creating a small indent on top of each. Fill each indent with 1/2 teaspoon jam. Bake until golden, about 18 minutes. Let cool on trays for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack lined with baking paper to cool completely.
  • Drizzle the luscious chocolate over the macaroons and let it stand for 20 minutes until beautifully set. Then, serve and enjoy the indulgent treat.
