Whip up quick and delicious no-bake cookies combining oats, peanut butter, cocoa, coconut, and more. Ideal for satisfying sweet cravings in a hurry!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with waxed paper. Combine oats, coconut, and peanut butter in a bowl until fully mixed.
  • In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk. Bring to a smooth boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat. Combine oat mixture with liquid mixture and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Take a tablespoonful of the dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it, and let it cool on waxed paper.
