Velvety vegan peanut butter frosting perfect for cookies & cupcakes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 cup soy milk, or more as needed
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, shortening, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar and soy milk until fluffy. For a creamier consistency, add soy milk 1 tablespoon at a time as needed.
