Garlicky prawn linguine: a flavorful weeknight favorite with just 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 375g dried linguine
  • 50g butter, chopped
  • 700g medium green prawns, peeled, deveined (tails intact)
  • 420g bottle cherry tomato and roasted garlic pasta sauce
  • Fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Save 1/4 cup of cooking water before draining.
  • In a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat, melt half of the butter until it starts to foam. Add prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until they turn pink. Then add the sauce and let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
  • Combine the pasta, reserved cooking water, and remaining butter in a pan over low heat. Season with salt and pepper, then serve sprinkled with parsley.
