Indulge in decadent chocolate truffles with this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 180g block milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 63.13 gm thickened cream
  • 20.00 ml coffee-flavoured liqueur (see note)
  • 60g dry-roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 15.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and cream. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  • Mix in the liqueur, then chill in the fridge until nearly set for about 2 hours.
  • Form 1 teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into a ball and place it on a tray lined with baking paper. Repeat with the rest of the chocolate mixture. Roll half the balls in hazelnut and the other half in cocoa powder. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
