Easy air fryer beef kabobs with a grill-like char, served with quick tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 (6 inch) skewers
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry with paper towels
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Combine ground beef, onion, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Separate the mixture into 8 parts and shape them into oval patties around the skewers, ensuring the tip of the skewer is enclosed. Transfer the kabobs to a plate and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  • Combine yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, dill, and Kosher salt in a small bowl and refrigerate until needed.
  • Arrange 4 kabobs in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer cooked kabobs to a plate. Repeat with the rest of the kabobs. Serve alongside tzatziki sauce.
