Balsamic-glazed Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon - a perfect blend of sweet, tart, and smoky flavors for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 ounces Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons crumbled cooked bacon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix oil, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  • Air fry the sprouts for 5 minutes, shake them to ensure even cooking, then air fry for another 5 minutes for perfectly crispy results.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in a serving dish, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and gently toss to coat. Top with crispy bacon pieces.
