Quick Cajun shrimp cooked to perfection in the air fryer, done in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning blend (such as Tony Chachere's®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for perfectly crispy results.
  • Begin by gently rinsing the shrimp under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels, then transfer the shrimp to a spacious bowl. Add olive oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne, and mix well until fully coated. Next, arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the shrimp for 4 minutes until bright pink on the outside and opaque inside. Flip halfway through and continue cooking for 2 more minutes. For larger batches, cook in separate batches if needed.
  • Take the shrimp out of the air fryer and present them promptly, adorned with parsley and lemon wedges.
