Delicious Cajun air fryer crab cakes - perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.75 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 4 ounces fresh lump crabmeat
  • 3 tablespoons remoulade sauce, or to taste
  • 3 brioche slider buns
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (188 degrees C as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Combine bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Cajun seasoning, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl, then gently fold in the crabmeat.
  • Shape the mixture into 3 equally-sized crab cakes using a biscuit cutter, then place them on a parchment round and transfer them to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 6 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes. Serve on slider buns with remoulade sauce.
