Crispy air-fried cauliflower bites tossed in smoky BBQ seasoning, perfect as a snack or side dish, with less mess and oil. Top with sauce for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g (1 cup) panko breadcrumbs
  • 40g (1/2 cup) finely grated parmesan
  • 5.00 gm smokey chipotle seasoning
  • 1/2 (about 450g) cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 20g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 125g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 130g (1 1/3 cups) perfect pizza cheese
  • 1 green shallot, trimmed, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasoning. Dip cauliflower in egg then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.
  • Place the breaded cauliflower into the air fryer basket. Lightly coat with oil. Air-fry at 180C for 12 minutes, flipping and lightly spraying with oil halfway through, until crispy.
  • Prepare a delectable cheesy sauce by melting butter in a small saucepan until foamy over medium-high heat. Saute garlic until aromatic for 30 seconds, then combine sour cream and cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the cheese sauce into a heatproof serving bowl and garnish with chopped green shallots. Serve right away alongside the cauliflower.
