Crispy air fryer chicken tenders: coated in seasoned flour for extra flavor and crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, paprika, parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  • Coat each chicken tender in seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat again in seasoned flour.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer without overcrowding. Lightly spray the tops of the tenders with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in the preheated air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Flip the chicken, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray, and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Repeat with any remaining chicken tenders.
