Japanese-inspired air-fried chicken strips with ginger mayo dipping sauce - a must-try!
Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken tenderloins
  • 25g sachet katsu crumb seasoning
  • Canola oil spray
  • 81.68 gm Japanese-style mayonnaise
  • 20.00 ml pickled ginger, reserving 2 tsp pickling liquid
Instructions:
  • Lay the chicken on a tray in a single layer. Sprinkle half of the seasoning evenly over the chicken. Flip the chicken and sprinkle the remaining seasoning evenly. Give it a quick spray of oil.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, for 12 to 14 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and the reserved pickling liquid.
  • Present the chicken alongside a savory dipping sauce and fresh ginger for an added burst of flavor on the side.
