Crispy, tender keto pork chops made easy in the air fryer for a delicious, hassle-free dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 serving avocado oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Crack the egg into a medium bowl and whisk it. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, almond flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Dip each chop into beaten egg, followed by the Parmesan-flour mixture for a crispy coating. Transfer the coated chops to the air fryer basket and give them a light spray of cooking oil.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) until beautifully golden, about 8-10 minutes. Flip pork chops, spritz with cooking spray, and cook until pork is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Ensure the temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C) at the center using an instant-read thermometer.
