Easy 4-ingredient Mars bar cheesecake Oreos made in the air fryer for a quick sweet treat or party snack.
Ingredients:
  • 10 Oreo Original cookies
  • 250g cream cheese, at room temperature, chopped
  • 64g pkt (2 pack) Mars chocolate bar, chopped
  • Icing sugar, to dust (optional)
Instructions:
  • Arrange 10 small patty cases with an extra patty case in each. Carefully split cookies in half using a small knife. Place half of the cookie halves, cream-side facing up, into the patty cases. In a bowl, use electric beaters to whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add the egg and beat until thoroughly mixed.
  • Melt chocolate bars in the microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds until softened. Stir until smooth, then mix into the cream cheese and beat until fully combined.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 160C. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into each patty case. Place the remaining Oreo halves on top, cream-side down. Transfer carefully to the air fryer basket and cook in batches for 8 minutes, or until just set.
  • Move the cheesecakes to a wire rack to cool. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight to chill. Optionally, sprinkle lightly with icing sugar.
