Air fryer broccoli and cauliflower: Quick, easy, and delicious vegan side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave broccoli florets on high for 3 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
  • Combine cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, and black pepper with broccoli in a bowl until well mixed. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the vegetables at the preheated temperature for 12 minutes, making sure to toss them halfway through to achieve a perfectly even browning.
