Air fryer veggies cook quickly with less oil, perfect for any seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup diced zucchini
  • 0.5 cup diced summer squash
  • 0.5 cup diced mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup diced cauliflower
  • 0.5 cup diced asparagus
  • 0.5 cup diced sweet red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the air fryer to a perfect 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Combine zucchini, squash, mushrooms, cauliflower, asparagus, red pepper, oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasoning in a large bowl. Toss well to evenly coat the vegetables, then spread them out in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the ingredients in the preheated air fryer for about 10 minutes, ensuring to stir halfway through, until they are tender crisp.
