Crispy breakfast potatoes cooked in the air fryer with olive oil, spices, and perfectly seasoned.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Soak potatoes in a large bowl of cold water for 30 minutes to enhance their texture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • After draining the potatoes, gently dry them with a paper towel. Toss the potatoes in olive oil, salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper until well coated. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at the set temperature for 20 minutes, remembering to shake the basket halfway through cooking.
