Transform kale into delightful air-fried chips seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne for a spicy kick.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces kale leaves
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Remove kale leaves from the stems, finely chop them, and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the kale, sprinkle with salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Place a layer of kale leaves in the air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes. Shake the basket and transfer the crispy kale to a cutting board or baking sheet to cool. Repeat with the remaining kale in batches to keep it crispy.
