Air-fried kale chips with zesty chile-lime seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons chile-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 280 degrees F (138 degrees C following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Prepare the kale by gently washing and separating the leaves from the stems. Ensure the leaves are thoroughly dried before tearing them into bite-sized pieces, discarding the tough ribs.
  • Massage kale with olive oil until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in chile-lime seasoning.
  • In batches, place kale in the preheated air fryer without overlapping. Air-fry for 5 minutes, then shake the basket and air-fry for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over kale, shake, and air-fry until crispy, about 2 minutes more. Repeat with remaining batches, ensuring a low temperature.
