Crispy purple yam fries in air fryer with tangy Sriracha sour cream dip.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 pounds ube (purple yam), peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick fries
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha-flavored salt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • Transfer yam fries to a bowl and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with flavorful Sriracha salt and mix until well coated. Transfer the coated fries to the air fryer basket.
  • After cooking in the preheated air fryer for 16 minutes, increase the heat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook for an additional 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Combine sour cream and Sriracha sauce in a bowl and serve with yam fries.
