Bite-sized appetizer: Brie cheese, raspberry jam, and crispy phyllo layers for a melty, sweet delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • flakey salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Cut the brie into square pieces that are ½ inch thick and 1 to 1 ½ inches wide.
  • Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough vertically on a large work surface. Spread melted butter on the bottom half of the dough and fold the top half over it.
  • Position one piece of cheese in the center of the dough, leaving a 2-inch gap from the edges. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of raspberry jam over the cheese. Brush melted butter around the remaining dough.
  • Fold the bottom 2 inches of dough over the cheese, then fold in both sides. Brush more butter on the remaining dough, carefully roll the filling upwards until fully wrapped, brush more butter on top, and place in the air fryer tray.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Cook in the air fryer in small batches for 4 to 5 minutes until golden-brown. Finish with a delicate drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of flakey salt before serving hot.
