Delicious gluten-free bread made effortlessly in your bread machine with white and brown rice flours.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup canola oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1.5 cups warm skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 0.5 cup tapioca flour
  • 0.25 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 0.25 cup millet flour
  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommended order. Start the cycle and check dough consistency after 5 minutes. Adjust with more rice flour or liquid if needed.
  • Allow the freshly baked bread to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before gently taking it out of the pan.
