Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon
  • 4.80 gm celery salt
  • Ice cubes, to fill the glass
  • 50ml vodka, chilled
  • 250ml (1 cup) tomato juice, chilled
  • 3.05 gm Worcestershire Sauce
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 celery stick with a leafy top
Instructions:
  • 1. Cut the lemon in half with a sharp knife. Reserve one half and slice a thin piece from it. Use the other half to first moisten the rim of a 375ml (1½ cup) serving glass and then juice it.
  • On a small plate, create a circle of celery salt. Rim the glass with the celery salt to coat it, then set aside the remaining celery salt.
  • Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and tomato juice almost to the top. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Tabasco to taste. Lastly, mix in a pinch of reserved celery salt and pepper.
  • Garnish the glass with the lemon slice you set aside earlier. Serve with a celery stick.
