Try a zesty blend of ground turkey, chicken, and pork sausage for a delectable meatloaf. Top with bacon slices for a smoky twist before glazing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 pound ground chicken breast
  • 0.5 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (4 ounce) packet crushed saltine crackers
  • 0.5 cup sweet barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hickory-flavored liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, chicken, sausage, and egg. Add saltine crackers, 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, liquid smoke, parsley, dried onion, onion powder, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Stir well to combine. Press mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Make the glaze by combining brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce, and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Brush the meatloaf with the glaze and continue baking until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), about 25 more minutes.
