Try Chef John's vibrant almond and parsley salsa verde for a fresh twist on classic pesto.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup roasted, salted almonds, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the chopped almonds and parsley on a cutting board, then finely chop them together until well blended.
