Irresistible almond butter pancakes with a delightful nutty crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original pancake and baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • Additional almond butter and maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (375°F) and lightly brush with vegetable oil if needed. In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick™ mix, milk, almond butter, sugar, and eggs until well combined. If the batter is too thick, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons more milk to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour a 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle per pancake. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the edges are dry and bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until golden brown. Top each pancake with sliced bananas, chopped almonds, a dollop of almond butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!
