Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup white rice flour
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine the butter or margarine with sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in almond extract and egg until well blended. Fold in flour, crispy rice, and almonds.
  • Roll the dough into one-inch diameter balls and arrange them on ungreased baking sheets. Gently press each ball with a floured fork to slightly flatten. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
