Homemade White Castle sliders: Simple, 7-ingredient recipe for crowd-pleasing mini hamburgers.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground chuck
  • 0.33333334326744 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 24 small square dinner rolls
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs, egg, onion soup mix, water, and black pepper in a bowl, then press into a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Poke holes in the mixture to allow for ventilation during cooking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches at least 160°F (70°C). Remove and drain any excess grease.
  • Cut the chuck mixture into squares the size of the rolls, then place one chuck patty in each roll.
