Indian-style spicy potatoes, tomatoes, and onions - caution: extra fiery!
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
Instructions:
  • Sauté onion in a skillet with a touch of oil until lightly browned.
  • Mix in the salt, cayenne, turmeric, and cumin. Then, introduce the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Place the tomatoes into the pan, cover, and simmer until the potatoes are tender, which should take approximately 10 minutes.
