Quick, versatile grilled chicken recipe perfect for busy moms - great for salads and casseroles!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
Instructions:
  • Combine lime juice, vinegar, orange juice, wine, and honey in a bowl; whisk until honey dissolves. Add salt, pepper, chipotle powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, oregano, cumin, ginger, red pepper flakes, cayenne, and olive oil; whisk to combine. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag, pour in marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 days.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium heat and gently greasing the grate.
  • Pat chicken dry and grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
