Amaretto Ice Cream

Decadent egg-free amaretto ice cream - rich and smooth.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 5 tablespoons amaretto liqueur (such as Disaronno®)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Combine heavy cream, half-and-half, and sugar until the sugar dissolves in a large bowl. Stir in amaretto liqueur and vanilla extract.
  • Transfer the milk mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze until the ice cream reaches a 'soft-serve' consistency following the manufacturer's instructions. Then, transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for around 2 hours before serving.
