Overnight Butterscotch-Cinnamon Bread: Frozen dough infused with sweet pudding mix, cinnamon, sugar, and crunchy pecans for a delectable brunch treat.
Ingredients:
  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
Instructions:
  • Place the dinner roll dough elegantly in a greased tube pan.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter with brown sugar until sugar dissolves, around 5 minutes. Drizzle the mixture over rolls. Sprinkle with pecans and pudding mix, then dust with a blend of white sugar and cinnamon. Evenly pour corn syrup over the cinnamon mixture. Cover the tube pan with greased foil and allow dough to rise overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and position the rack in the lower half.
  • Bake the bread until golden brown in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes, then flip the pan onto a baking sheet or large plate to serve.
